Rated 4 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty Unit I recieved this unit about a month ago and have just had the opportunity to use it. The device was packaged well and came with easy instructions. After filling the unit and waiting for it to heat up, about 20 minutes, I used it to clean some tile and grout in my sunroom where cats had made a mess. It thoroughly cleaned both easily. I will use this frequently on hard to clean floors and appliances and expect continued success.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful and Light Weight I got this about three months ago. I have used it on my bath tub and shower, also on my pickup truck. I found that the Wagner Steamer was easy to use attachments were great for what I was using it for. On the shower and tub, the steamer removed the soap scum from the tile and glass shower door, it did take a while to finish both shower and tub put I didn't have to scrub. As for my pickup truck, well it was egged while I was out of town, with over 90 degree weather and the egged on my truck for over a week I try everything, then I remember the steamer, so I try it and it removed the egg from my truck Thank you Wagner for a fine product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice, powerful machine for size Bought nearly 2 months ago, used for second time today. Cleans great. Will be trying it on wallpaper in months to come. This replaced our rather old other Brand machine that would not put out much steam even after some vinegar treatments. ( Time for new) 2 dissapointments are the cord lenght, VERY short, TOO short and only comes with one cleaning pad. Even 2 more feet of cord would be nicer. Before buying extra pads we tried the old ones from other machine, not a fit, but they do work,, we have several of those to keep using. overall so far like it a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW!!! The only negative thing to say is that the power cord is too short! From the box to the kitchen floor. Went right work on the grout. Fast, Efficient and so easy to use!! Grout has never looked better! Went from Kitchen to both bathrooms, grout, tile, trim, shower, tub. Having so much fun I went out and did the grill. Great job! Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a steamer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best item for household cleaning bar none! Have had our Wagner 915 for at least four years. Use it to steam clean everything including the inside of our refrigerator after a rotted food incident. Cleaning and sanitizing uses are unlimited but do be careful not to use on electronic parts or electronic devices. Just read about using at the base of all floors and carpeting for helping with insect control (and bed bugs which thankfully we do not have nor ever want to have). Do your research you will be impressed. Use distilled water! I do recommend getting extra nozzle brushes as you will use this so much that they will need to be replaced. A larger funnel is also helpful. Do not leave unit with water inside for long periods. Also, every once in a while clean the tank with 8 parts white vinegar and 8 parts water (do not turn on unit while doing this) and let sit overnight especially if you see gray residue when you dump water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product Steamer works good so far, especially for Wall Paper Removal. It can not constantly deliver the full Steam Amount.. If you do steaming and scrapping in a specific Cycle, the Unit will have enough Time for Recovery. It is still acceptable. If the current Trigger Valve would be a remote controlled Valve located directly at the Main Unit, perhaps the Condensate in the Hose could be reduced and lees hot Water would come out at the Restart of the Steam Cycle. There is now Cable or Hose Management for storing the Unit in a proper Way, great Accessories, but not even a Back to store them.

I can't get all of the soap scum off my shower tiles. Do you have any suggestion on how to remove the scum? Vinegar seems to do a pretty good job. Can I put vinegar in the steamer?

Asked by: Lonesome Polecat
A 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water works great for removing soap scum.

How much water do you put in the machine

Asked by: Nanny
The 915 steamer will hold up to 48 ounces of water so how much you add depends on the size of your project. If you have a smaller project you don't add as much as if you have a larger project. If you would like to discuss this or have further questions feel free to call us at 1-800-328-8251.

does it have an automatic shut off when the water level is low

Asked by: joclean48
It does. If the steamer is allowed to run dry, a thermal safety fuse will open, causing the unit to turn off. If this happens, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes. The safety fuse will reset itself.
