Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointing! I bought Flexio 590 four months ago in Russia. It worked fine until some paint got into the motor. I don't know why it happened for I followed your manual. Your authorized distributor replied that this is not a warranty case. And I can't repair this engine even for money as you don't supply this motor to Russia. Turns out it's a one-shot sprayer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I have had this sprayer for several years and it is still working great. It's took a little time to learn how to use the sprayer. I have painted the exterior of a moblie home less that 1/2 a day using this. I have stained a fence over 600 ft with oil base stain. This product is as good as the operator wants to be. I have purchased several differnent types of sprayers and for my projects today and in the future, this is the one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A complete waste of money! This sprayer is a complete waste of money if you want a nice even smooth finish, which I would think would be the main reason why someone would purchase a sprayer. Multiple people in my family attempted to get this result and were unsuccessful. People who worked construction and two who are engineers were unable to achieve the desired results. Again, do not waste your money on this piece of junk. Using this sprayer was enough to force me to hire a professional painter to finish the project. It is too late to get my money back, so I just want to warn people about this sprayer before they waste their money on purchasing one at Home Depot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big Regrets I used this once and loved it for about 15 minutes. After that it sputtered, or did nothing. I cleaned it and added a little water to my paint. It worked a bit better for a couple of minutes then back to barely spitting. Cleaned it and put it away. Tried again the next day and same results...useless. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Three years old and still working fine! I bought this sprayer three years ago to paint the bare T-111 siding on my garage addition. Figured it might only be good for one job, but for the price I gave it a shot. By following the great instructions I was able to clean it thoroughly. Next time I needed it the sprayer worked like new. And the time after that. Like all sprayers it doesn’t tolerate being put away dirty, but take care of it and this little workhorse will last years

It splatters after about 5to10 minutes of spraying. I clean the nozzle and start again. Now it won't work at all. Sorry I bought this gun.

Can use this for primer and sand for texture?

Asked by: Carri67
Paint and primer is fine, but we do not suggest using sand in the paint sprayer. This is our texture sprayer and it does not spray paint - https://www.wagnerspraytech.com/products/surface-prep-tools/power-tex-texture-sprayer/

My spray gun is not picking up any paint

Asked by: Mpc54301
It never does pick up paint. The cup is pressurized with air, which pushes paint up the tube and into the gunhead for spraying. Without that pressure the gun "doesn't pick up paint". The first place to look is a 1/16" hole, just below the white foam seal that is on the pick up tube. There is a picture of it in the manual too. For more help call us at 1-800-328-8251.

Which sprayer nozzle should I use for cabinet doors if I am using Hadlock Advance paint. I’d like a smooth finish. Can you suggest spray gun settings.

Asked by: Vicru
Your sprayer comes with two front end or nozzle assemblies. The iSpray Nozzle/front end (the larger one) will spray some unthinned coatings including latex paint and stains and is ideal for big surface projects such as spraying walls, sheds, fences etc. It will provide a roller-like or slightly stippled finish. The Detail finish nozzle/front end (the smaller one) is used for fine finish projects such as spraying cabinets, furniture, doors, trim etc. It will provide a smoother, finer finish than the iSpray Nozzle. Depending on your material, the Detail Finish Nozzle may require some thinning of your material in order to spray properly. If you have never sprayed with this sprayer before you should try it out with just water first, it is easier to learn about the settings that way. Once you add the paint experiment on a spare piece of wood or cardboard first. You can try starting with the recommendations in the book or at the mid point and adjust from there. The lower the settings can be, as long as the pattern looks good, the better off you are because you will use less paint and have less overspray (even though you shouldn't have much anyway). Make sure the end of the gun is six to eight inches from your project. Feel free to call us at 1-800-328-8251 if you need further assistance.

What’s difference between flexio 590 vs 3000 sprayer

Asked by: Kaival
The main difference between the Flexio 590 and Flexio 3000 is the design of the iSpray front end. The new nozzle designed iSpray front end comes with Flexio 3000 will provide paint control with a uniform and contained pattern. Also, the new paint flow dial is numbered for precise and easy setting for the range of coatings the Flexio can spray and easy clean up.
